1. Our role

Netsook publishes product reviews, buyer guides, and educational content. We do not host movies, software, or downloadable files. However, we respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid DMCA notices about content published on our website.

2. What you can report

You may submit a DMCA notice if you believe that any content on Netsook (such as text, images, or other materials) infringes your copyright. Please make sure:

• You own the rights to the content, or
• You are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. How to send a DMCA notice

To submit a DMCA takedown request, please email us with the subject line “DMCA Notice – Netsook” and include the following information:

• Your full name and contact details (email and country).
• A clear description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
• The exact URL(s) on Netsook where the allegedly infringing content appears.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

4. What happens after we receive a notice

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Review the request and verify the information provided.
• Remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing content when appropriate.
• Notify the author or publisher of the content about the takedown.

5. Counter–notification

If your content has been removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this removal was a mistake or that you have the right to use the material, you may send us a counter–notification. Your counter–notice should include:

• Your full name and contact details (email and country).
• Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country of residence, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

After reviewing your counter–notification, we may restore the content in accordance with applicable law.

6. Abuse of the DMCA process

Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter–notices can have legal consequences. Please submit a request only if you genuinely believe that your copyright is being infringed or that a takedown was made in error.
